When Marie told me the whole gang was getting together to celebrate her mom’s 70th birthday, I thought how cool is that? 70 years is definitely something to celebrate! I can’t imagine the wonderful things her mother has seen and done. She raised two children and now is blessed with tons of grandchildren…and really as a grandparent I hear there is nothing more special then seeing your children have children.
We met at Stewart Park in Perth, Ontario which is just a great location to photograph any family combinations because there are so many great places to go and so many shaded areas if the sun is harsh.
Grandma as I call all the Grandma’s was a big hit with the kids. Each grandchild wanted a picture with their grandmother and grandfather so we took lots of pictures for this extended family to say the least. I just loved that Grandma’s hair is a vibrant red that shows her vivacious personality and spunk. It’s gorgeous!!! I have had a colour similar to that once and I just loved it 🙂
Thank you again Marie for inviting me to capture your families photographs and this momentous occasion. 70 Years is something to celebrate and I wish your mom many more years to come!
