Jennifer is very responsive to emails and usually responds within hours whenever possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for a response back (especially during Sept-Nov busy season or over a Holiday weekend). If you haven’t heard back from Jennifer, please check your spam/junk folders as sometimes our emails can be found there depending on your email carrier. Jennifer and Blaine are a husband and wife photography team serving the Kingston, Belleville, Brockville and Perth areas for the last 10 years. Jennifer is your photographer and editor and Blaine is the tech support behind this family run business. We create beautiful portraits of your favourite people in our residential studio and at various outdoor locations such as Lake Ontario Park and Lemoine Point. We are fully vaccinated to ensure we create the safest studio possible for your family. HOW TO REACH US
The joys of entrepreneurship is that we set our hours so that they work for our family so they may not be your typical business hours.
You can reach us by phone at {613} 464-2292 Monday-Friday from 10am-1pm. If we don’t answer the phone it’s because we are in a session or are taking care of our children. We will call you back as soon as we are able to within 48 hours. Thank you for understanding that our children and clients in the studio come first.
You can reach us by email info@jenniferwillardphotography.ca or on this contact page 24 hours a day. Because of the flexibility of our daily schedule you may receive an email back well past regular business hours. For all new inquiries you should receive a response within 3 business days.
We value our time with our children just as you value yours and we appreciate your understanding when we are not able to respond back right away. Don’t worry, we will for sure get back to you and are excited to start the planning process with you. We specialize in newborn photography, baby photography milestones, children photography, maternity photography and family photography where we explore the beautiful dynamic of each family we meet. Directions to the Residential Studio will be provided once your session is booked. We welcome your friendly family pets at all outdoor sessions and work with clients on a case by case basis for including pets into our studio. Please be aware we are not a peanut free household and do have a small non-shedding breed puppy on the premises which will not be anywhere near the studio. If you have an allergy or any concerns please make a note of it in your message to me.
Covid Policies
– Just the immediate family (parents, siblings if it’s a newborn session, no Grandparents or Nannies please) of babies are welcome to the studio during their child’s session.
– All people older than 4 should come with a face mask and must have one on the entire time. Masks will be removed if you are in a portrait and then put back on afterwards. If your child has sensory issues and cannot wear a mask please let us know prior to coming to the studio so we can take extra precautions by wearing a face shield with our mask. Please maintain physical distancing as much as possible unless Jen is giving you the baby or taking the baby from you for a set or if you are spotting a set. Physical distancing is 6 feet away. Please stay on the outside of the blue tape showing you where it is safe for you to stand unless asked to step inside the blue taped area.
– If you or a family member are sick, please reschedule your session with no penalty even if it’s 2 hours before your session is supposed to take place. And we appreciate your understanding if we need to do the same because Jen is sick or her family members are sick.
– If you or a family member are waiting for a Covid test result or know that you have come into close contact with someone who has tested positive in the last 2 weeks please reschedule your session. We will afford you the same courtesy.
-You will be sent a Covid questionnaire the night before which you can answer through email and then fill out when you arrive in the studio along with Contact Tracing information required by the Government (Full names of everyone in attendance, phone numbers, email addresses and home address).
– If you or a family member from your household has traveled outside of Ontario or Canada in the last 14 days please reschedule your session for 2 weeks later.
– We ask that all families be honest and transparent in terms of their health and we promise to do the same.
– We ask that clients who are in lockdown zones not come to the studio. We will reschedule your session when it is safe for you to travel. We generally have clients come with their newborn baby’s from Belleville, Brockville, Perth, and surrounding areas. Our area has been doing so great, but if your area does go to Red or Grey Level please let us know. We need to work together as a team to protect the babies that come into the studio.
* If we are put in a lockdown where the studio is asked to close by the government, we will postpone your session and will reschedule with you at a later date. This happened to quite a few families in the Spring of 2020 and we were able to create beautiful portraits of their new baby in the studio or outside, depending on their comfort level, when we were able to resume our services. Some families opted to wait longer until they felt comfortable seeing Jen or we changed from a newborn session to a family session, etc. We will work with each family if this becomes an issue again. For now, we are always grateful to live in Kingston, Ontario where we’ve been doing such a great job as a community to flatten our curve!
-The studio is cleaned and sanitized before and after each session. The client bathroom is cleaned and sanitized before and after each session.
