This past Saturday I had the pleasure to photograph Jim and Marlene Horne’s family on their family farm. This was the farm that belonged to my husbands grandmother and so it was great to take some family shots there. It was a celebration of sorts because young Miss Kellie graduated from Grade 8!!! Congrats again Kellie! And she is a beauty for sure, I think Jim might have to beat those boys back with a stick when she goes to highschool! HAHA! Big brother Austin was obviously proud but a bit camera shy…we coaxed some good smiles from him too.
These will be photographs that they will cherish for the rest of their lives. A time to celebrate. Time moves so fast that before I know it I’ll be taking pictures of Austin and Kellie graduating highschool! It’s been a pleasure to watch them grow up in the past 9 years that I have been in their family…the transformation from little kids to young adults always astounds me.
Thank you again Jim and Marlene for allowing me to capture this special moment in your family’s life. It was great fun!
