We put together a little of their awesomeness, added a bit of my awesomeness and together we made some serious awesomesauce together! ….. yep I’m a dork lol.. but seriously, Jeff and Julie are so darn awesome together I’m not sure you could bottle that stuff up! And aren’t I the lucky girl that gets to photograph their beautiful country wedding in October 🙂
Julie is my husbands cousin so after the photographing part of our evening is over we get to party like it’s 1999 with the rest of the family…wow i’m really showing my age there! I was thrilled to photograph their engagement pictures at the same location because we had all the time in the world and usually on wedding day you are staying to a strict schedule…this way we got to enjoy the storm clouds and sunset at our own pace. Julie and Jeff were down for just a short visit from Alberta to finalize their wedding details as well as attend a wedding themselves. With limited days available we thought oh this day is fine, well as everyone in Perth knows the weather has been anything but nice lately..like raining every other day! So we were worried but we lucked out and only got rained on for a minute or two.
This was the first time I got to spend time with Jeff and I could tell right away that he was Julie’s perfect match…I’m just so thrilled for them both! And can I just say I am excited to meet the East Coast crew coming for the wedding as well! We’ll just pretend the reception is a kitchen party…it may even top or at least tie Julie’s sisters wedding where we had pig wrestling beside the barn! This Horne family sure knows how to throw a Wedding together! And we can’t wait!!!!
Enjoy your sneak peeks Julie and Jeff and Jeff’s mom who has been waiting patiently to see the ceremony site I hear 😉
Love Always,
Jen
This is the tree they are getting married under…. now imagine it in brillant Fall colours! Sigh, it’s going to be magical 🙂
Tried something a little different..instead of a full silhouette, left some golden yummy light on her hair
