Baby Brycen was such a cutie at 7 days old. He was determined to stay wide awake until the bitter end of our session so we got lots of great shots with his eyes open. Big brother Garrett showed me just how much he loved his new little brother – he was full of kisses!
I was really excited to use some of my new props – trench bowl, pepsi-cola crate, basket, knit hats especially the owl hat and fur blankets. He didn’t like being on his back so most of our pictures were on his belly – which meant no baby cocoon {I was dissappointed as I have some fantastic ones, but we used it as a blanket in the knit hat shot instead}. And it was hard to get some eyes closed shots but we snuck a couple in there. He was just too excited by his new world!
Mom and Dad are understandably tired with a newborn but are just thrilled with their new addition. I really enjoyed going to their house to take Brycen’s photos and I look forward to taking more pictures of Brycen and his big brother in the future.
